75oz Ginger Saffron Syrup

72oz Lime Juice

Taste very exotic (Ginger Syrup, Simmer 10oz half peeled ginger, 2 cups of demerara sugar, and 4 cups water for 45 minutes.

Add a pinch saffron to 1/2 cup of the syrup to get the ginger saffron syrup.
